Shipping policy

At Prime Reserve ATL, we strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.

All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.

Once an order has been shipped, risk of loss and ownership transfers to the customer. Prime Reserve ATL is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
