Refund policy

Return Rules Summary:

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

For complex cases, we cannot always guarantee that a return or refund will be approved. All return requests are subject to thorough inspection and may be accepted or denied at our discretion.

For issues such as items not fitting, we offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Once an item has passed your initial inspection upon delivery, any damage caused after that point will not be eligible for return or refund.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return your original item (once approved) and place a new order separately.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at primereserveatl@gmail.com.
